Signing Hands has long been known for their specialization in providing interpreters who hold security clearance. Since acquiring the company in February 2005, SLA has been proud to continue this mission.

More and more deaf and hard-of-hearing employees work in specialized areas of the Federal Government or for private sector contractors and need interpreters with the additional credentials.  The need is evident and SLA is working toward meeting the challenge.

It is our goal to develop a team of qualified, certified and highly experienced interpreters who hold all levels of clearance. In this way we can serve the deaf and hard-of-hearing segment of the intel community.
