To ensure accuracy of captions, please provide a web meeting event link such as (CHIME, Zoom, Skype etc.) including the password and phone number where applicable. If a web meeting link is not available, please include a phone number the captioner can dial into to listen to the event. A land line or internet-based phone (VOIP) are suggested as cellular signals may lose connections, impacting the audio being captioned.
